Job Summary

Administer DonorPerfect, SafeSave, and other fundraising systems while maintaining accurate donor, gift, pledge, and grant records through regular audits. Process charitable contributions including online gifts, checks, and stock, generate acknowledgments and tax receipts, and reconcile funds with Finance. Produce weekly through annual fundraising reports, dashboards, and analytics to track performance and support grant reporting. Manage online giving platforms, coordinate operational aspects of fundraising events, and maintain donor stewardship documentation. This role supports Tapestry 360 Health's mission-driven fundraising operations within a Federally Qualified Health Center.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in nonprofit management, business administration, communications, finance, or a related field preferred
  • Two to four years of nonprofit fundraising, development operations, or donor database administration experience preferred
  • Experience with donor CRM systems such as DonorPerfect, SafeSave, and Auction & Event Solutions (AES)
  • Experience processing charitable gifts, performing financial reconciliations, and supporting fundraising events
  • Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, sorting, filtering, and reporting
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion with donor information
  • Commitment to providing exceptional customer service to donors, volunteers, and colleagues

Desired Qualifications

  • Experience with DonorPerfect, SafeSave, Auction & Event Solutions (AES), and online fundraising platforms
  • Knowledge of nonprofit fundraising best practices and IRS charitable gift regulations
  • Experience supporting a healthcare or nonprofit organization
  • Familiarity with event management software
