Job Summary

Process and record all contributions in Raiser's Edge, including gifts, pledges, and online donations, while maintaining donor record integrity and performing routine data clean-up. Prepare weekly gift acknowledgements, tribute notifications, and annual tax receipts, serving as the primary point of contact for donor inquiries regarding payment methods and stock transfers. Manage the pledge lifecycle, including entry, tracking, and reminder communications, and generate reports to support fundraising and financial reporting. Provide administrative support for fundraising initiatives and events, collaborating closely with Development and Accounting staff. Requires an associate's degree and three years of experience in donor services or data management, with proficiency in Raiser's Edge. Offers a salary of $50,000-$55,000, comprehensive health coverage, and flexible scheduling.

Required Qualifications

  • Associates degree, in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a professional office environment, preferably in nonprofit administration, donor services, or data management
  • Exceptional attention to detail and demonstrated success processing high volumes of data while maintaining accuracy and data integrity
  • Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills, with a proven ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including a commitment to providing outstanding customer service to donors, constituents, and colleagues at all levels
  • Sound critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, paired with professionalism and composure in a deadline-driven environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently while contributing effectively as a collaborative team member
  • High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential donor and organizational information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends in support of organizational events

Desired Qualifications

  • Prior experience using Raiser's Edge (preferred) or equivalent complex database
  • Raiser's Edge, RENXT, Financial Edge, FENXT, and Luminate Online experience
  • Bachelor's degree, in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Communications, Public Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience
  • Cultural competency with Judaism or Jewish culture
