Job Summary
Support the Director of Development and Land Team in delivering finished lots, commercial sites, and backbone infrastructure through thorough records management of zoning, plats, surveys, and approvals. Coordinate development projects and future acquisitions by administering construction contracts, managing invoices and contractor payments, and tracking change orders. Oversee office operations including vendor contracts, equipment leases, and team events while maintaining accurate as-builts and monitoring safety incidents in the Cority system. This role requires 2+ years of land development or construction management experience, proficiency in Microsoft Project, and a valid driver's license. Required Qualifications
- 2+ years of land development, residential construction or commercial construction management or coordination experience
- 2+ years of land development permitting management or coordination
- Project coordination skills
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Responsible, well-organized, and extremely high attention to detail
- Ability to exercise good judgement and demonstrate high standards of ethics
- Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, with dynamic priorities and deadlines and in collaboration with others
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Microsoft Project
- Valid Driver's License
