Job Summary
Development Coordinator to support fundraising strategy and operations for The Nature Conservancy’s US Wealth Markets team and the Natural Partner Program. Responsibilities include ensuring data integrity and actionable reporting within BBCRM, pulling and analyzing donor/prospect reports, maintaining prospect pipelines, coordinating complex scheduling across fundraisers, leadership, and external stakeholders, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to inform strategy and planning. The role also involves supporting process documentation and refinement to improve efficiency and consistency, producing data-driven insights, and providing administrative support and special project work as needed. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, data management capabilities, and the ability to work across teams and geographies are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 1-year experience or equivalent combination
- Experience in business writing, editing, and proofreading
- Experience managing diverse activities to meet deadlines
- Experience working and communicating with a wide range of people
