Job Summary
Development Coordinator will provide critical operational and administrative support to the fundraising team, maintaining the donor relationship and grant pipelines as the single source of truth. Responsibilities include managing the grants calendar, assisting with grant proposals and reports, updating donor databases (Little Green Light, HubSpot) with research and communications, overseeing donor stewardship and newsletters, mapping donor journeys, collaborating cross-departmentally to align fundraising with organizational goals, preparing agendas and materials for fundraising meetings, and maintaining public charity profiles (e.g., Charity Navigator, Benevity). The role requires exceptional organizational and administrative record-keeping skills, experience in nonprofit fundraising or donor relations, strong written communication, and proficiency with fundraising CRM tools and project management software. The position is full-time and remote, with a preferred location in Illinois, Texas, California, or Maryland; salary is $74,000 and an extensive benefits package is provided.
