Job Summary
Manage the full donor lifecycle by answering inquiries via phone and email, processing all donations accurately, and providing timely gift acknowledgements. Maintain the donor engagement and grant calendars while overseeing social media strategy, storytelling, and marketing collateral design. Serve as the primary Salesforce administrator, conducting data screenings, segmenting donors, and training fundraisers on portfolio management. Develop and document systems and procedures for corporate benefits delivery, lead generation, and CRM optimization to ensure operational efficiency. Coordinate site visits, cultivation events, and volunteer days for partners and donors.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce
- At least two to four years of nonprofit development and writing experience
- Excellent organizational, communication, and project management skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while working quickly
- Ability to distill processes into step-by-step procedures and continually refine them to build efficiency, efficacy, and ease
- Impeccable writing and editing skills; ability to develop clear, concise, and compelling narratives
- Personable, friendly, positive team player able to build relationships with key supporters
- Motivated, creative, and punctual, able to work both independently and as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- At least two to four years of nonprofit development and writing experience preferred, ideally with experience in one or more of: securing funding from foundations, corporations, individuals, and/or government entities; gift processing; database management; or lead generation
- Experience with social media such as Instagram and Facebook
- Experience with Canva and marketing design
- Experience collaborating with frontline fundraisers
