Job Summary
Draft prospect outreach, manage calendars, and maintain donor CRM data while preparing meeting materials and coordinating travel for major gift officers. Provide administrative support to three fundraising staff members, including follow-up on action items, contact/visit reports, and event logistics. Serve as a liaison for donors, faculty, and senior administrators, ensuring accurate data entry and timely updates across all prospect management processes. This role supports the Harvard Graduate School of Design's fundraising team in advancing major and principal gifts through proactive process refinement and robust communication. Candidates must be based in Cambridge, MA, with hybrid work options and a 35-hour weekly schedule.
