Job Summary

Provide direct support to the Director of Development for donor relations, donor touchpoint communications, campaigns, and grant applications. Enter gifts within two days of receipt and produce acknowledgements within three days, managing donor correspondence and creative content trafficking to meet delivery deadlines. Support the Donor Engagement Coordinator with campaign management in Salesforce, GoFundMe Pro, and Fundraise Up, while managing prioritization of Development tickets with the Member Service department. Research and create detailed profiles for major donor and foundation grant prospects, and manage the development of standard protocols and systems. Work autonomously in a fast-paced environment, collaborating across teams to improve processes and programs.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
  • Two or more years of relevant professional experience in fundraising, development, nonprofit operations, customer service, or a related area
  • High degree of proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively with systems, processes, and data
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional, patient, and service-oriented presence when communicating by phone

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experience with Raiser's Edge, Salesforce, or comparable donor relationship management (CRM) systems
  • Experience with Fundraise Up, GoFundMe Pro, or comparable peer-to-peer or digital fundraising platforms
  • Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud or comparable email marketing and list management systems
  • Experience with Monday.com, Confluence, Jira, or comparable project, knowledge, or case management platforms
  • Previous customer service or constituent-support experience
