Job Summary

Required Qualifications

• •High School Diploma or equivalent
• •A minimum of one year working with a CRM system
• •English language, oral, and written communication skills
• •Ability to learn new technology, systems, and responsibilities

• •Ability to think strategically while also executing day-to-day operational responsibilities
• •Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain attention to detail

• •Self-motivated and able to work independently
• •Strong computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and database systems

Desired Qualifications

• •Bachelor's degree preferred
• •Experience building and managing campaigns, automations, workflows, and reporting systems within a CRM
• •Experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, or related field
• •Grant writing or foundation relations
• •Willingness to learn (regarding CRM, campaigns, automations, workflows, reporting, nonprofit development, fundraising, grant writing, foundation relations)
• •Experience with Virtuous CRM
• •Willingness to learn (regarding Virtuous CRM)
