Job Summary
Development Associate supporting fundraising and donor engagement under the Director of Development; manages donor communications, donor data, and development operations; assists with grant/sponsorship coordination, fundraising events, and committee support; requires regular travel to the Twin Cities metro area; primarily in-person with opportunities for remote work; full-time salaried position in Mendota Heights, MN.
Required Qualifications
- Two or more years of experience in nonprofit fundraising, donor relations, development, or a related field.
- Experience working with donor databases or CRM systems.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook and Excel.
- Valid Minnesota Driver’s License and ability to meet organizational driving requirements.
- Ability to successfully pass a Minnesota Department of Human Services Background Study.
