Job Summary
Conduct market analysis and compile research to identify and implement strategies for data center development and value-add opportunities. Assess feasibility and profitability through market research, initial underwriting, block planning, and thesis generation. Coordinate with internal and external consultants to evaluate development viability, including land use, site planning, and environmental risk assessment. Create presentations and reports to support assumptions, reach consensus, and pitch new opportunities to stakeholders. Internally track new opportunities, competitive landscapes, and regional trends, while assisting leadership in advancing strategic initiatives. Synthesize industry research into a centralized knowledge base to support team learning and informed decision-making.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Real Estate, or related field
- Open to travel as needed

- Proven experience in data centers, real estate development, sourcing, underwriting, or other related areas
