Job Summary
Coordinate donor records, constituent lists, and CRM data to support targeted communications and fundraising initiatives. Track departmental workflows, deadlines, and next steps while recommending improvements to organizational efficiency. Manage special projects from planning through completion, including event logistics, sponsor benefits, and board meeting coordination. Assist with travel arrangements, budget tracking, invoice processing, and administrative support for executive leaders. Maintain accurate records of decisions, assignments, and follow-up items. Work occasional evenings and weekends to support fundraising events and organizational activities.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in development operations, nonprofit administration, project management, executive support, event management, fundraising, or a related field
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Strong organizational, project-management, and time-management skills, with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
- Experience coordinating meetings, fundraising events, sponsorship logistics, vendors, contracts, invoices, budgets, and administrative workflows
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work professionally with staff, executive leaders, board members, donors, sponsors, vendors, and community partners
- Sound judgment, discretion, and the ability to maintain confidential donor, financial, personnel, and organizational information
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, project-management tools, financial systems, or other nonprofit technology platforms commonly used
- Ability to work occasional evenings and weekends in support of fundraising events and organizational activities
