Job Summary
Maintain the donor database, process gifts and acknowledgments, and reconcile donations to ensure accurate records. Coordinate logistics for fundraising events, donor receptions, and community gatherings, including vendor management and attendee tracking. Manage membership renewals, respond to member inquiries, and oversee volunteer recruitment, onboarding, and recognition activities. Support fundraising plans, grant tracking, and project management systems to ensure deadlines are met. Help manage newsletters, website updates, social media, and donor materials to strengthen the organization's public presence. Partner with finance, communications, and leadership teams to coordinate projects and support organization-wide fundraising initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in nonprofit development, fundraising, donor relations, communications, project coordination, or related administrative roles
- Experience maintaining donor databases or CRM systems
- Proficiency with Google Workspace
- Familiarity with platforms such as Canva, Zoom, project management software, and fundraising databases
- This is a hybrid role requiring in-office collaboration in San Francisco, with additional in-person attendance for events and organizational needs
