Job Summary
The Development Assistant will provide administrative support to the VP and Development team, handling scheduling, correspondence, file maintenance, and project support; act as a central communications coordinator among campaign leadership, VP, and consultants; serve as the first responder for inquiries and triage questions; organize and update presentations and solicitation materials; assist in planning for campaign meetings, including calendar management and meeting follow-ups; generate and maintain various spreadsheets and produce reports; support fundraising activities including tracking donor relationships and dashboards; help develop, implement, and manage Campaign systems and procedures; ensure regular attendance and adherence to agency policies.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma required
- experience providing executive-level administrative support
- experience in fundraising office preferred
- strong organization and project management skills
- excellent written and verbal communications
- MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook proficiency
