Job Summary
Process gifts in Raisers Edge with precision, generate tax receipts, and track donor benefits fulfillment. Conduct prospect research, support membership processing, and execute regular mailings for stewardship. Manage administrative duties including calendar maintenance, digital filing, and interdepartmental requests. Enter and track data across Asana, Cuseum, Raisers Edge, Acme, Zkipster, and Mailchimp. Assist in managing vendor relations and provide support to department Directors and Managers. This union-represented role requires a Bachelor's degree, three years of experience, and proficiency in Raiser's Edge. Reports to the Senior Development Officer within the New Museum's Development Department.
Required Qualifications
- at least one year of experience with Raiser's Edge or similar database for gift and data processing
- Bachelor's degree
- minimum of three (3) years' work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Raiser's Edge or comparable donor database program
- excellent communication skills (verbal and writing)
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
