Job Summary
Development and Intake Supervisor responsible for leading OhioRISE intake, transfers of care, onboarding requirements, and workforce support activities. Oversees referrals, care coordination, onboarding activities, and training documentation; analyzes data to improve workflows; ensures HIPAA/compliance; travels within designated service areas; collaborates with program leadership to reduce administrative burden and improve linkage to care for youth and families; requires strong communication, data analysis, and proficiency with EHR systems. Strong emphasis on supervision of Referral Specialists and OhioRISE Development Coordinator, coordination of professional development, and maintaining organized onboarding and reporting processes. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required
- Three years of experience providing coordinated supportive services/care coordination in a behavioral health setting
- Previous supervisory experience is preferred
- Experience working in behavioral health with multi-system youth or individuals with autism/developmental disabilities is preferred
- Experience working with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems is required
- Knowledge of community health & human service systems is preferred
- Advanced communication skills (oral and written) are required
- Advanced organizational skills are required
- A valid driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle are required
- Ability to operate in an Internet-based, electronic health record (EHR) environment and maintain high-speed internet (minimum 100 Mbps) is required
