Development Analyst, Real Estate

Job Summary
Establish and maintain structured project documentation systems to support transparency across multi-year real estate projects. Track schedules, monitor progress, and review contractor invoices for accuracy while coordinating timelines and key deliverables. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure financial assumptions remain current, prepare monthly draw packages, and generate reports for lenders and investors. Assist in the RFP and contracting process for architects, engineers, and vendors, and obtain project entitlements and permits through negotiations with city and county staff. Prepare agendas, document meeting notes, and present updates to senior leaders throughout the development lifecycle.
Required Qualifications
- 1 – 3 years of experience in real estate development, capital projects, or related fields
- Knowledge of development fundamentals, including process, proforma, design, financing, permitting, construction, and project management
- Strong financial, entrepreneurial, problem solving, time management, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent project management skills, including proficiency with tools such as Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present updates clearly and confidently to senior leaders
- High degree of professionalism, discretion, and problem-solving ability under pressure
