Job Summary
Development Analyst, Asia Pacific based at the Mandarin Oriental Corporate Office in Hong Kong. Supports the regional development team with new development opportunities, market and competitive landscape analysis, and high-level financial feasibility inputs; contributes to visioning and positioning of new projects, prepares internal memorandums, assists in interfacing with consultants and partners, and travels selectively to support deal assessment and relationship building. Performs regular development project updates, tracks market activity, supports strategic initiatives beyond hotels, and coordinates with internal stakeholders across regions. Requires a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant discipline, minimum 3 years of experience, English fluency with Mandarin or other languages an advantage, strong analytical and numerical skills, ability to manage multiple workstreams, and strong interpersonal skills.
