Job Summary
LiveKit is seeking a Developer Success Engineer to support developers building with LiveKit, triage and fix bugs, write sample and production-quality code, update documentation and technical guides, and collaborate with Sales, BD, and Partnerships to support customer conversations. The role emphasizes advocacy for customers, explaining complex concepts clearly, rapid prototyping across unfamiliar codebases, and contributing to the developer experience and platform success with strong English communication skills. Required Qualifications
- Practicing engineer with demonstrated ability to build, ship, and debug production software
- Clear written and verbal communicator
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Ability to diagnose issues in unfamiliar codebase and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences
- Customer-focused mindset with ability to unblock customers and improve their success
