Job Summary
Part of the Sourcing Development team responsible for end-to-end product development, coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders, and driving initiatives to improve processes and meet brand requirements. Travel frequently to factory sites; ensure on-time sample delivery and technical design support for assigned brand categories; monitor work plans and prioritize actions with internal and external teams; analyze data to support vendor performance; collaborate with Production, Global Material Supply, Logistics and Quality teams to meet brand goals; contribute to VF Asia Product Supply system/process improvements; strong communication, collaboration, and adaptability in a digital environment. Education in textile or related field preferred; 2 years in sourcing experience; English language proficiency; hybrid work schedule in San Salvador, El Salvador.
Required Qualifications
- Academic Degree
- 2 years related to sourcing
- Working Experience 2 years related to sourcing
- Proven experience in development of knitted and woven apparel with an exposure to handling a diverse product collection will be an advantage
- Language Proficiency: Good communication skills in English
