Job Summary
PEGA Developer with 3–4 years of experience to design, develop, and support PEGA Platform 24.x applications. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining PEGA workflows, case types, and business rules; configuring integrations with REST/SOAP APIs; leveraging PEGA features such as Constellation architecture, low-code capabilities, and AI-driven automation; participating in Agile ceremonies, design discussions, code reviews, and solution implementation; ensuring quality through testing and troubleshooting; supporting deployments and production issue resolution; collaborating with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and developers to deliver business value. Required: 3–4 years of hands-on PEGA development experience and PEGA CSA certification. Preferred: CSSA certification and experience with PEGA GenAI, Process AI, CDH, and Deployment Manager. Required Qualifications
- PEGA Certified System Architect (CSA) – Mandatory
- Preferred Qualifications PEGA Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA)
- Experience with PEGA Platform 24.x (or recent PEGA Infinity versions)
- Strong knowledge of case management, workflow automation, integrations, and PEGA best practices
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
