Job Summary
Developer, SAP responsible for designing and developing medium to high complexity SAP ABAP solutions across SD, MM, and FI modules. Participates in SCRUM/KANBAN activities, takes ownership of development work across client releases, mentors team members on low-to-medium development tasks, and ensures quality through unit testing and thorough documentation. Designs solutions for SAP R/3 ECC 6.0 and SAP S/4 HANA updates, handles various file types (XML, JSON), coordinates knowledge transfers, and supports timely delivery while maintaining compliance and client satisfaction. Familiarity with RAD tools like BADIs, enhancements, and RICEF programming, plus experience with inbound/outbound interfaces and third-party data exchange. Strong Agile/SCRUM/KANBAN experience and a track record of multiple SAP implementations and ongoing support.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor and/or Master’s Degree in Business/ Computer Science or related field
- 6-9 years of experience as ABAP Developer in various SAP modules: SD, MM and FICO
- Expertise in RICEF Programming
- Experience in supporting inbound and outbound interfaces and third-party data exchange services
- Experience in Object oriented programming - Classes, methods
- Knowledge in BADIs, Implicit & Explicit enhancements
- At least two complete SAP Implementations and SAP Support projects
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge in Agile process like SCRUM or KANBAN
