Job Summary
Manage and coordinate enhancement requests from business partners, ensuring alignment with enterprise processes and Carhartt's strategic vision. Review functional business requirements, develop technical designs with analysts, and convert them into ABAP solutions that meet operational needs. Provide day-to-day support and maintenance of the production environment, including system monitoring and risk mitigation. Collaborate with technology, security, and delivery teams on production planning while producing high-quality work that meets deadlines. This role requires fluency in English and Spanish, with a preference for retail or wholesale apparel experience.
Required Qualifications
- BA/BS in Information Technology/ Computer Science or equivalent
- Minimum of 7+ years experience in IT
- 5+ years in SAP ABAP related to development
- Business process expertise and a solid understanding of integrated end-to-end processes
- Solid understanding of the integration PTP, P2P, RTR, OTC
- Ability to fluently read, write and speak both English and Spanish
- Outstanding organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and attention to detail
- Proven ability to lead the development of systems and projects
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Willing to work some weekends if necessary
- Travel required (up to 15%)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in retail or wholesale apparel
- Experience in SAPUI5, SAP FIORI/UX, ODATA
- Knowledge of SAP-AFS or S/4 Fashion
