Job Summary
Developer Relations Manager to own Europe growth strategy and partnerships for Roblox, partnering with publishers, developers, emerging studios, and industry partners to drive adoption and ecosystem strength across Europe. You will represent Roblox at industry events, collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, Creator, and International teams, set team goals, monitor progress, communicate risks, and share impact reports. The role requires leading by example in building long-term strategy, working with data scientists, product, engineering, and leaders across the company, and leveraging experience in international product launches and game development tooling (Roblox Studio, Unity, Unreal). Located in the Netherlands or willing to relocate, with a minimum of 6+ years in technical project management, and a passion for connecting developers with Roblox’s platform to scale adoption and community growth.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in technical project management
- Based in the Netherlands or willing to relocate
- Experience launching a technical product in international markets
- Experience with using Roblox Studio or another game development engine (e.g., Unity or Unreal)
- Proactive communication with stakeholders
- BA or BS degree or equivalent practical experience
- Roles that are based in an office are onsite Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional presence on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted)
- Ability to lead by example and build a clear high-level strategy
- Data and feedback driven decisions
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Self-directed work style
