Job Summary
Oversee regional developer relations activities, managing and mentoring Developer Evangelists to foster technical excellence and community empathy. Lead delivery of high-impact lighthouse integration cases and act as a senior advocate for game developers, building trust through direct engagement at conferences, meetups, and online communities. Partner with Product Management to capture feedback, remove adoption barriers, and guide creation of best-in-class documentation, tutorials, and demos tailored to local markets. Represent Xsolla at major industry events like Apple WWDC and Google I/O, organizing targeted support for platform launches. Collaborate with Developer Marketing to track impact and regularly review performance with leadership to adjust tactics. This senior leader blends technical expertise with community presence to ensure Xsolla delivers world-class experiences for developers across the global video game industry.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in Developer Relations, Developer Advocacy, or Technical Evangelism
- at least 2 years in a leadership role
- Strong technical background in game development (mobile, PC, or web)
- hands-on experience with integrations and APIs
- Proven ability to lead distributed teams
- deliver measurable engagement outcomes
- Established presence in regional and global game developer communities
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- comfortable speaking to both technical and business audiences
- Experience producing high-quality technical content in multiple formats
