Job Summary
Build reusable UI components in React and optimize website performance for a platform managing hundreds of terabytes of data. Test code changes through cross-browser testing to identify and resolve technical issues, ensuring alignment with global website goals and regional needs. Partner with stakeholders to review work against established standards and collaborate with the global technology team to represent the user experience perspective. Conduct self-learning, code reviews, and test automation within the first 30 days, then participate in new product design and implementation to fulfill the backlog of product ideas.
Required Qualifications
- Experience building reusable UI components in React
- Minimum 4+ years hands-on experience with enterprise web development
- Experience with the information architecture, page design, and usability testing within a web environment
- Strong HTML/CSS knowledge
- a sound understanding of web standards and best practices
- an eye for good front-end design
- Ability to test code changes through cross-browser testing to identify and resolve technical issues
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
