Job Summary
Develop fully integrated project master programmes using Microsoft Project, ensuring standardized work breakdown structures and cost-loading across the property development portfolio. Establish baselines and controlled updates that align physical execution with corporate cash flow, stage billing, and sales revenue projections. Monitor progress against established baselines to identify critical path delays, then design realistic mitigation strategies including programme resequencing and resource optimization. Provide strategic planning support for feasibility studies and advise executive management on schedule trade-offs and risk scenarios.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
- Minimum 8–12 years of experience in project planning within property development or construction
- Strong, demonstrable understanding of the Malaysian development process and regulatory landscape
- Advanced MS Project Skills
- Expert knowledge of cash flow modelling, stage billing structures, and sales/revenue timing
- Ability to translate complex technical schedules into clear, executive-level insights for senior stakeholders
- Deep understanding of the entire property development life-cycle—from land purchase and planning to pre-construction, launch, and handover
