Job Summary
Develop, test, and deploy software applications and systems while analyzing business requirements to design effective solutions. Create flowcharts and algorithms, write clean and scalable code, and debug software issues. Document processes, code structures, and system architecture for future reference. Collaborate with developers, designers, and stakeholders to meet project needs. This full-time role in Minneapolis requires a Bachelor's degree and proficiency in Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript. Experience with Agile methodologies, database management, and cloud platforms is preferred. The position offers a Monday-to-Friday 8-hour shift with comprehensive health benefits, 401(k), and paid time off.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript
- Experience with software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Understanding of database management systems and SQL
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
