Job Summary
Power Platform Developer to design, develop, and support enterprise-grade automation, applications, and data solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. This role will partner with cross-functional teams to modernize business processes, improve operational efficiency, and enable data-driven decision-making. Design and develop solutions using Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse; implement end-to-end workflow automation across IT, Finance, Compliance, and Operations; integrate Power Platform solutions with Microsoft 365, Azure services, PSA/ITSM tools, and third-party SaaS apps; develop and maintain data models, APIs, and system integrations; create dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility; collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical solutions; apply governance, security, and best practices for Power Platform usage; support AI-driven initiatives including Copilot, AI Builder, and intelligent automation; optimize performance, scalability, and maintainability; document solutions, standards, and reusable components for broader adoption.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform
- Proficiency with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven) and Power Automate (Cloud Flows and/or RPA)
- Experience building and managing data models within Dataverse or similar platforms
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, and system integrations
- Experience with SQL and data modeling concepts
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Azure services (e.g., Logic Apps, Functions, API integrations)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Graph API and Microsoft 365 integration patterns
- Experience with identity and access management concepts (Entra ID / Azure AD)
- Exposure to source control and DevOps practices (e.g., Git, CI/CD pipelines)
