Job Summary
The Marian Group seeks a Developer to identify viable development opportunities and lead market and financial feasibility analyses, secure entitlements and permits, and coordinate with investors, municipalities, and other stakeholders from pre-development through construction close-out, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery and a seamless transition to Asset Management. The role requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and deep knowledge of land use, zoning regulations, and construction processes to deliver quality multifamily developments and senior living projects in Louisville, KY.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Urban Planning, Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in real estate development, with demonstrated experience managing real estate projects from pre-development through construction and close-out.
Desired Qualifications
