Design, test, and maintain software programs for operating systems or applications deployed at client ends, ensuring 100% quality assurance parameters. Instrumental in understanding product requirements by studying system flows, data usage, and work processes, then converting these into feasible designs through collaboration with functional teams and systems analysts. Perform coding and automate software validation by developing test cases, executing scenarios, and modifying modules to fix errors, adapt to new hardware, or improve performance. Facilitate root cause analysis of system issues, document programming specifications, and coordinate daily project status with the team. Capture client requirements and feedback to ensure on-time delivery, while maintaining error-free onboarding, troubleshooting queries, and generating timely MIS reports.
