Developer III ONLY W2

Developer III on a contract basis with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Information Technology (or equivalent) and approximately 4 years of experience in applications development and testing. Responsibilities include analyzing systems specifications, designing and coding applications, preparing detailed specifications, testing, debugging, documenting, and maintaining programs. You will 20% guide teammates on business requirements, 20% modify and implement software, 20% test and validate code, 20% analyze production systems and coordinate enhancements, and 20% develop functional/technical design artifacts and workflows. Required skills include strong knowledge of Java, Vue.js, REST APIs, HTML/CSS, and a solid understanding of development methodologies, QA, and integration concepts. The role is part of a Commercial Web team, involves a mixed onsite/remote schedule (onsite three days a week, remote Monday/Friday), based in Columbia, SC, USA. Nice-to-have items include OpenShift, Quarkus, Adobe Experience Manager, and CI/CD pipelines; COBOL experience not sought.
