Job Summary
SharePoint Solutions Engineer to design, build, support, and continuously improve modern SharePoint Online and Microsoft collaboration solutions. Focus on target-state environment (modern site design, governance, self-service enablement) and reduce manual work through automation and reusable patterns. Collaborate with business users to translate requirements into practical solutions using SharePoint, Power Platform, Microsoft Teams, and related Microsoft technologies. Emphasizes modern UX, governance, automation, and business partnership over legacy administration.
Required Qualifications
- 4–6 years of relevant experience in SharePoint / Microsoft collaboration solutions
- Strong hands-on experience with SharePoint Online, including modern site design and business-facing solution delivery
- Experience working directly with business users to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Experience with workflow/process automation, especially Power Automate
- Experience improving business processes, collaboration spaces, or content experiences through thoughtful solution design
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Microsoft certifications are preferred, especially in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Power Platform, Teams, or security/compliance
