Job Summary
Developer I for Salesforce CRM integrations (remote/contractor). Develop, test, debug, and document basic software programs supporting Salesforce integration with a cloud-based contact center platform. Responsibilities include implementing interfaces, supporting integration activities, and contributing to QA efforts; assist in CTI integration to display caller-relevant information and screen-pop cases in the CRM; support UAT and go-live activities; attend meetings; ensure secure remote work setup with hardwired internet. Requires active Tier 2 Security Clearance (NACI) at time of engagement; Bachelor's degree in CS or related field and familiarity with Salesforce architectures and APIs. Remote position.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 0 years of experience within the scope of the contract
- Familiarity with Salesforce architecture, integration patterns, and APIs
- Knowledge of contact center technologies
- Current Tier 2 Security Clearance (formerly NACI) required at time of engagement
- This is a remote position
