Job Summary
Hands-on Developer to design, build, and deliver modern enterprise applications across the full software lifecycle with end-to-end ownership including release management, production support, cloud/DevOps, and platform engineering. Embeds AI-driven capabilities (prompt engineering, RAG-based data grounding) into business applications, contributes to architecture and engineering standards, and progresses toward technical leadership. Based in Duxford, UK with opportunities to work across manufacturing sites, sales offices and R&D centers. Requires eligibility to work in the UK.
Required Qualifications
- Strong hands-on experience with: C# / .NET React Bicep (Infrastructure as Code) CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps / GitHub Actions) GitHub workflows Containerisation (Docker) Prompt engineering for LLM-based solutions (structured prompting, chaining, and output validation) Experience building or integrating Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines (e.g. embeddings, vector search, data grounding) Proven experience delivering end-to-end solutions into production Experience building APIs and microservices Strong experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps, Cloud & Platform Engineering AI & Modern Development Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking Proactive, self-driven learner
