Job Summary
Develop and maintain complex financial reports using Oracle FRS, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. Utilize OTBI for ad-hoc reporting, analytics, scorecards, and modeling to assist business users. Collaborate with IT and finance teams to enhance reporting capabilities, implement new functionalities, and optimize financial processes. Design analytics products using SQL, Excel, and advanced statistical techniques like regression analysis. Provide leadership to the analytics team through training on FRS and OTBI tools while managing day-to-day activities. Work closely with clients for analytics and advisory services, and develop models to refine data capturing and analysis. Deliver insights and recommendations to senior management to support business goals. Requires 5+ years of experience and Oracle FRS/OTBI expertise; US shift in Chennai.
Required Qualifications
- Min. 5yrs
- Proven expertise and practical experience with Oracle FRS
- Proven expertise and practical experience with OTBI
- Familiarity with Oracle Cloud Financials
- Deep understanding of financial reporting principles
- Deep understanding of financial reporting best practices
- Skilled in SQL for data manipulation
- Proficient in visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel including VBA
- Familiarity with advanced statistical techniques
- Experience with regression analysis
- Experience with statistical testing
Desired Qualifications
- Certifications in Oracle applications
- Foundational or practical knowledge of Machine Learning & AI
- Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure
