Job Summary
Own developer-facing editorial content including narrative case studies, integration stories, technical deep dives, and reference architectures. Proactively identify high-potential stories from customers, partners, and internal teams to produce integration teardowns and technical explainers that drive adoption. Collaborate with Product and Engineering to turn new capabilities into compelling narratives, while publishing and distributing content across YouTube, social media, the website, and the developer hub. Improve story sourcing and development workflows to increase quality and speed.
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience creating technical or developer-facing content
- Strong ability to understand complex technical concepts and communicate them clearly and compellingly to developers and technical founders
- Proven track record of owning content initiatives from opportunity identification through to published output
- Comfortable working with ambiguity and driving outcomes with limited structure or resources
- Excellent writing and storytelling skills
- Experience producing narrative-driven content that resonates with developer audiences
- Experience working cross-functionally with Product and Engineering teams
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in fintech, payments, or developer platforms
- Experience producing content that has driven measurable developer awareness, inbound interest, or adoption
- Track record of improving how content is created or distributed through lightweight processes or frameworks
- Strong cross-functional influence skills and the ability to surface stories and priorities proactively
