Job Summary
Developer Community Manager at Flosum in the Salesforce ecosystem. Build credibility and thought leadership through 2–3 LinkedIn posts per week, opportunistic hot takes on industry news, and multi-format content (podcast, video, co-created content) to position Flosum as a leader among engineers, architects, and economic buyers in DevOps and Data/Security. Represent Flosum at conferences (e.g., Dreamforce, London's Calling, Dreamin' conferences), cultivate and amplify advocate relationships, and accelerate the advocacy motion using personal branding and existing credibility to seed the founding charter cohort.
Required Qualifications
- Recognized name inside the Salesforce world (ideally Salesforce MVP or frequent community-conference speaker)
- Fluency across DevOps (release management, CI/CD, deployment) and Data/Security (backup, governance, compliance, resilience)
- Native command of LinkedIn-native formats and the ecosystem's authenticity, give-back, and inclusion norms
- Comfort being measured on share of voice in target regions and community-influenced pipeline—not raw member counts
