Job Summary
As a Developer for Apparel, you will be integral to the Product Development team at Timberland, focusing on delivering quality products while collaborating with design and merchandising teams. Responsibilities include developing products across genders, participating in product quality and costing meetings, managing product specifications and measurements, and hitting product creation milestones. You should have the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, problem-solving skills, and experience in product development.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to communicate effectively and clearly
- Experience in product specifications, measurements, BOM, and fit creations
- Skill in executing product creation strategies and milestones
- Capable of facilitating negotiations
