Job Summary
Design, customize, and maintain ERP modules while integrating them with third-party applications and internal systems. Develop, test, and deploy custom desktop and web applications to automate workflows, reporting, and data management. Build internal tools and secure, scalable web portals that integrate APIs and web services to support business processes. Maintain source code, technical documentation, and change logs for all software solutions. This role focuses on driving efficiency and innovation across Morton Industries' business operations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent work experience
- Strong proficiency in languages such as Python, C#, .NET, SQL, JavaScript, HTML/CSS
- Experience with relational databases (MS SQL Server, MySQL, or similar)
- Familiarity with ERP platforms and business process automation
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with ERP customization
- Experience with APIs, RESTful services, and system integrations
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control (Git)
