Job Summary
Developer 2 to join Arctic Wolf's software team focusing on building end-to-end security software for macOS/Linux platforms. The role requires strong skills in C/C++, Go, and Rust, deep understanding of macOS internals and debugging tools (GDB/LLDB/XCODE), experience with security analysis, threat modeling, and vulnerability assessments, and familiarity with network protocols (TCP/IP) and related security practices. Candidates should be capable of delivering independent, iterative solutions within an agile environment and collaborating within a global team using AWS/Azure, Git workflows, Jenkins/Bazel, and Docker. The position emphasizes engineering excellence, cross-platform development (macOS/Linux), and contributing to security-focused software products.
Required Qualifications
- Experience with cybersecurity for at least 3 years
- Experience with macOS internals
- Experience with debugging tools GDB/LLDB/XCODE (a plus)
- Knowledge of network protocols TCP/IP and related security protocols
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Comfort with agile software development processes (MacOS) or Linux OS
- C language or C++, Go, Rust
- Object-oriented programming skills with data structures and algorithms
- AWS, Azure
