Job Summary
Develop and maintain Windows Forms applications using VB.NET and C#, while designing, implementing, and optimizing database operations in SQL Server and Oracle. Collaborate with the Tech Lead and senior developers to refine requirements, propose technical solutions, and conduct code reviews for junior developers. Troubleshoot application issues, create technical documentation, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives in development processes and team workflows. Lead programs and projects with established project management skills, mentoring less experienced developers and driving best engineering practices across the multidisciplinary engineering team.
Required Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of VB.NET, C#, and Windows Forms development.
- Proficiency in SQL Server and Oracle, including queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization techniques.
- Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills within a team environment.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.

Desired Qualifications
