Job Summary
Design and implement AWS infrastructure aligned to cloud governance standards, enforce standardized CI/CD pipelines, and maintain Infrastructure as Code modules using Terraform and CDK. Drive adoption of GitOps and automation-first deployment models while implementing unified logging, metrics, and alerting strategies across platforms. Participate in on-call rotations for incident response, perform root cause analysis, and integrate AI-assisted tooling into DevOps workflows for improved operational insights. Enforce DevOps standards across teams, create structured documentation for human and AI consumption, and mentor junior engineers. Work with talented peers across time zones to enable scalable, governed, and AI-ready digital infrastructure platforms foundational to OUTFRONT's mission.
Required Qualifications
- 4–7 years' experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, SRE, or Infrastructure Engineering
- Strong experience in AWS
- Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments
- Hands-on expertise with IaC tools (Terraform, CDK, CloudFormation)
- Experience with observability platforms (Datadog, CloudWatch, OpenTelemetry, etc.)
- Strong scripting/programming skills (Python, Bash, etc.)
- Solid understanding of: Networking and cloud security
- Identity and access management (IAM, SSO)
- Experience participating in incident response and production support
- Ability to drive technical initiatives and influence engineering standards
- Strong written documentation skills (Confluence, README-driven workflows)
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with: Kubernetes / ECS-based workloads
- GitOps and deployment automation patterns
- OpenTelemetry or advanced observability strategies
- Experience in performance tuning and disaster recovery planning
- Solid understanding and experience with Windows and Linux/Unix administration
- Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOC2, etc.)
- Strong communication skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams
- Experience in AdTech, digital platforms, or high-volume data systems
