Job Summary
Design and operate digital solutions for cloud, AI, and ERP systems, driving efficient usage and maintenance. Continuously modernize cloud infrastructure to ensure scalability, stability, and cost efficiency while implementing Infrastructure as Code with Docker, Kubernetes, GitLab CI/CD, and Argo CD/Workflows. Act as a cross-functional partner to business units and share expertise to foster a strong DevOps/MLOps culture, including the deployment of GPU and LLM stacks. Requires 1–2 years of LLM infrastructure operations experience and at least 3 years in DevOps/MLOps. Offers hybrid or remote work, flexible hours, and opportunities for project success participation.
Required Qualifications
- Fundierte Erfahrung mit Kubernetes (Cluster-Management, Deployment-Strategien, Ressourcen-Optimierung)
- Praktische Kenntnisse in Argo CD / Argo Workflows für CI/CD-Pipelines und GitOps
- Sichere Handhabung von Git-Repos (Branching-Strategien, Code-Review-Prozesse, Integration in CI/CD)
- Erfahrung mit GPU-Treibern und Aufbau eines skalierbaren LLM-Stacks (z. B. NVIDIA-Stack, CUDA, Containerisierung von Modellen)
- Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Ansible o. Ä.) zur automatisierten und reproduzierbaren Bereitstellung
- Scripting-Kompetenz mit Argo CI/CD für automatisierte, skalierbare Infrastruktur-Prozesse
- Know-how zur skalierbaren LLM-Infrastruktur (Ressourcen-Management, Auto-Scaling, Kosten-Optimierung)
- Mindestens 3 Jahre DevOps + MLOps oder alternativ mindestens 5 Jahre reines DevOps-Know-how mit dem Wunsch tiefer in MLOps und LLM einzutauchen
Desired Qualifications
- 1–2 Jahre Betrieb und Betreuung von LLM-Infrastrukturen (Produktionsbetrieb, Monitoring, Scaling)
