Deutschsprachiger Kundenbetreuer

Handle customer inquiries via phone and email while providing product and service support. Document all interactions in the CRM system and collaborate with internal departments. Requires excellent German language skills in both oral and written form, strong communication abilities, and a solution-oriented approach. Experience in customer service is advantageous.
