Conduct bilingual educational activities for 22 children aged 1 to 6 in a participatory, situation-oriented setting. Shape the pedagogical daily routine actively while supporting children according to their individual needs and interests within a German-French bilingual environment. Maintain an open, supportive atmosphere with an eight-person team that emphasizes mutual engagement and diverse perspectives from both German and French pedagogical approaches. Work as part of an unbounded part-time contract (30 hours weekly) with 30 days of annual leave, supervision, and five team days.
