Job Summary
Ice Crew member responsible for energizing fans and supporting game presentation during Detroit Red Wings home games. Duties include maintaining ice quality and performing ice-surface tasks (snow removal during TV timeouts/stoppages), setting up/removing nets, assisting with board and glass maintenance, and delivering engaging fan interactions during activations at Little Caesars Arena. Must have a flexible schedule to work approximately 50% of home games (nights, weekends, holidays) and demonstrate a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidate is a highly skilled skater with hockey knowledge and an engaging, team-first personality to help create memorable experiences for Red Wings fans while supporting optimal ice conditions.
