Job Summary
Lead campground operations as General Manager for the Detroit/Ann Arbor KOA: build and develop an on-site high-performing team, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive strong financial results. Own the property’s performance by managing budgets, safety, and compliance while executing the campground’s strategic priorities. Create engaging guest programming, lead hospitality-focused leadership, and ensure smooth, profitable operations with a focus on guest satisfaction, team development, and continuous improvement.
Required Qualifications
- Previous General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Operations Manager, or similar leadership experience within a campground, RV resort, or outdoor hospitality operation
- Demonstrated success leading seasonal and year-round teams
- Experience overseeing guest services, maintenance, housekeeping, activities, staffing, and campground operations
- Experience managing budgets, labor, and property-level financial performance
- Proven ability to create exceptional guest experiences while delivering business results
