Job Summary
Supervise and monitor inmate activities and daily facility operations while enforcing rules, regulations, and security procedures. Ensure the safety of staff, inmates, and visitors by responding to emergencies with confidence, professionalism, and leadership. Maintain accurate reports and documentation and participate in ongoing training and professional development. This full-time role offers a starting salary of $54,000 annually plus a $10,000 sign-on bonus, paid in equal bi-weekly installments over the first year. Candidates must be U.S. citizens, at least 20 years old, and hold a valid Georgia driver's license.
Required Qualifications

- At least 20 years of age
- Valid Georgia Driver's License (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
