Job Summary
Detection Agent (Mid Shift 7pm-2:30am) monitors CCTV alarms and provides professional customer service, communicating with security personnel and law enforcement to protect customer properties. Responsible for rapid review of video alarms, accurate documentation of actions, and adherence to site instructions. Requires HS diploma, strong attention to detail, ability to work in a fast-paced call-center environment, and capability to operate multiple computer applications; pre-employment testing and background/drug screening are required. Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years old
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service, surveillance, CCTV, or related role requiring strong situational awareness and attention to detail
- Ability to sit for extended periods while using computer and reviewing CCTV footage and phone equipment
- Deliver world-class customer service and build customer satisfaction
- Ability to work under moderate stress
- Proficiency with multiple computer applications and databases
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficient typing for accurate documentation
- Familiarity with computerized systems for managing customer data
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle escalated situations
